The bed or mattress for your dog is unique, we make it especially for you. You can enjoy your purchase within 7 to 10 business days.

The balukaDREAM will be shipped once we receive your payment.
Your dog deserves special care. Their mattress too.
Personalizing it with their name does not affect production time.
The delivery time for other non-personalized products is 1 to 3 business days.
The product will only be shipped once payment has been received.
For some orders, the system may offer an Express delivery method with an additional charge.
Tracking
The customer will be informed by the carrier of the tracking number via SMS or email. The carrier’s website may offer alternative delivery points.
Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination area, amount, or weight. We offer free shipping for deliveries to the Peninsula.
If the system offers a faster delivery option for the order, it will be optional for the customer and will incur an additional charge to be paid with the order.
Shipping Areas
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Some areas may incur additional shipping costs.
Currently, we do not ship to the CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, OR MELILLA.
Carriers
At baluka.es we use GLS as our main carrier. When making a purchase, the customer can choose the shipping method, provided there is an option available for their order. Otherwise, our system will assign the available shipping method.
• If any delivery time changes, baluka.es Customer Service will notify you by email or phone call with the approximate delivery time for your entire order. You will also be kept informed of any changes to this timeframe.
• If an order includes several different products and not all are available at the time of purchase, the customer may request partial shipment of the order and later shipment of the remaining items. Partial shipment can only be requested if the full order delivery will be delayed beyond the times indicated on the website and must be approved by baluka.es, who will have the final decision regarding partial shipments.
• Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes. We reserve the right to hold shipments with incorrect addresses. In any case, we will contact you using the information provided for any issues or questions during order processing.
• Your order may arrive in separate packages and even via different carriers with separate deliveries. The company reserves the right to do this due to stock differences, logistics warehouses, or other reasons. This does not imply any additional cost for the customer. The customer will only pay shipping costs once, unless otherwise indicated at purchase due to special products.
